Casa Alta is situated at the top of the hill town Sant Angelo in Pontano with magnificent, both mountains and coast . Due to its elevated location the views are spectacular. A few minutes walk brings you into the centre of the busy small exquisite town which offers bars serving fantastic coffee, excellent locally made wine, beer or enjoy a negroni sitting in the main square which offers more fantastic views. The town boasts 3 excellent restaurants. Try Dulia , dining on the balcony with spectacular views accompanied by opera . Visit Macerata the provincial capital , 25 mins drive , and experience the spectacle that is the annual open air opera season. A truely memorable experience. Visit the coast for a day on the white sand beaches of the Adriatic , clean water awarded beaches , make sure to try one of the many fish restaurants the string down the whole coastline from Ancona to Pesaro. A day trip to the mountains is a wonderful day out , visit the stunning lake Fiastra to swim, relax and eat. Try a trek in the mountains to experience the awesome views .
