Equally adaptable for art classes and cookery classes from the fully fitted kitchen in the main house. There are 8 bedrooms adaptable to sleeping 8 couples or singles. A large, pristine lawn surrounds the Villa leading to the pool terrace and cottage. Set in the Carmerino National Park in the foothill sof the hills leading into Umbria, the Villa enjoys a high position with 360 degree views to the coast and the national park. 10 minutes drive into the exquisite medieval town San Severino. A bustling , vibrant city packed with architectural gems and excellent restaurants. San Severino holds a jazz festival every July. The Villa is perfect for groups and courses with a catering service if required.
Cas Bellissima is close to several, beautifully preserved hill towns in N. W. Le Marche.You are immersed inthe high hill sof a national park with treks, truffle hunting, wild boar, riding, cycling and swimming. 10 minute drive into San Severino, Treia, Tolentino Tolentino, Jesi and Macerata are within easy drive. The food in this area is rich and indulgent featuring truffles, funghi porcini, wild boar and deer. Visit Fermo, a provincial capital ,and the coast with sophisticated coastal towns and ports to enjoy fresh fish from the Adriatic and water sports. Visit Macerata and experience the spectacle that is the annual open air opera season. A truly memorable experience. Visit the coast for a day on the white sand beaches of the Adriatic 50 mins. with clean water awarded beaches , make sure to try one of the many fish restaurants the string down the whole coastline from Ancona to Pesaro.
