La Casa Delle Campanile - Sits majestically atop the hill town Monte San Martino in the Macerata Province of Le Marche.

This grand old house which was once the Doctors house and surgery for the town dates back 300 years and is full of wonderful, faded  grandeur. High ceilings some with original frescoes, magnificent views from the windows and terraced garden, spacious, elegant rooms , all within a few minutes walk down  cobbled streets to the medieval Piazza. MSM is a glorious hill town completely surrounded by fortress like walls and has a long, fascinating history. The house fronts onto an old cobbled street giving nothing away of what greets its guests from the back of the house. A terraced garden leading from the house down to an elegant private pool. The dining balcony has extraordinary views.  40 min 

Macerata - 40 drive to experience the spectacle that is the annual open air opera season. A truly memorable experience. Visit the coast for a day on the white sand beaches of the Adriatic , clean water awarded beaches , make sure to try one of the many fish restaurants that string down the whole coastline from Ancona to Pesaro. A day trip to the mountains is a wonderful day out , Visit the stunning lake Fiastra to swim, relax and eat. Try a trek in the mountains to experience the awesome views . Evenings out at Sarnano, Amandola, Servigliano to enjoy the best Italian pizza or wonderful local dishes from the Marche region. The location is perfect for exploring , visiting Assisi, Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo.

Enter a grand old front door into a hallway. leading to a sitting room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has a table for childrens tea time , a long work surface, gas oven, and a utility with a washing machine.

The dining room has cupboards full of crockery and glasses and a long ding table.

Out on the terrace you can eat al fresco with shade.

On this floor there is a double bedroom , a bedroom / study/ office with internet connection.

This room has a double bed and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom.

A sitting room has sofa and chairs with books, games , music and a balcony door leading to the balconty and steep steps to the terrace .

 On the 1st floor there are 4 extra bedrooms. 2 double 2 twins.

An ensuite in the master bed which also has a balcony.

The house can comfortably sleep 10 people.
