Casa Dell'Angelo is a recently renovated aparteent on two floors within a 18th Century Palazzo  within  the walls of a stunning walled town Servigliano. The apartment is luxuriously appointed designed with comfort and opulence in mind. With three double bedrooms , one ensuite and a family bathroom.

With a beautiful reception room, well equipped kitchen , sauna within the utilty room and a dining area , the accommodation offers complete luxury and elegance for its guess. Perfect for exploring this area of Le Marche with numerous fascinating hill towns and larger cities all within easy distance. Serigliano offers numerous  smart bars serving excellent coffee, cocktails, wine, prosecco and ice cream. There are three excellent eateries within walking distance serving excellent pizza, hearty Marche fayre , meat on a spit at the local hotel, delicious Italian tapas dishes at Vino e Pane which also serves Marche regions most prized wines. The town boasts several upmarket boutiques, vegetable shop, wine shop and an excellent supermarket and bakery.

 The apartment was restored in 2019 .Many of the original features were retained including the beautiful fresco ceilings.  The property is well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you use it for a base or want home from home. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and all crockery, glassware and cutlery at your disposal. Towels and linen are also provided as are bath robes upon request for use in the sauna. 

Layout:

 The Hallway is approached from the ground floor. An elaborate staircase takes you up to the first-floor .  The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom , sitting room and  dining room are on the first floor.

The Sitting Room has a beautiful original fresco ceiling, fireplace and comfortable seating. There is a dining table positioned overlooking a balcony onto the staircase.

The Sitting Room leads to a  kitchen and inner hallway taking you to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, family bathroom and utility/sauna.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, range of both wall and base units, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and small breakfast table.

Tea and coffee making facilities are also available. The utility room has a washing machine. A chromotherapy sauna provides guests with an additional little luxury.

There is a smart TV in the lounge and numerous game/books The apartment is suitable for children who are very welcome under supervision.

Servigliano

Stunning Baroque walled hill with shops and bars and a weekly market.

Servigliano is a vibrant place with numerous festivals throughout the year including  the 9 day festival in august which offers wonderful entertainment. This is where The town is divided into ‘Rioni’ (districts) which every August still battle with each other in the “Torneo Cavalleresco” (Knights Tournament). This particular festival goes in for 9 days. There is also a music festival (the largest in Le Marche) in the local park throughout the summer. Along with several other festas throughout the year. 

Servigliano has several bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment offering beautiful food, ice creams etc. 

There are 2 supermarkets, fruit and veg shop, bakery, fish mongers, butchers all within walking distance of the apartment. 

There is plenty to see in and around  the surrounding area including many hilltop villages, the mountains which are about 50 min drive to the top or you can visit one of the many lakes in the area. The nearest being approx 15 mins away. The  coast which offers numerous beaches either sand or pebbles. Porto San Giorgio being the nearest about 30 min drive and offers white sand and safe swimming.  Also has a huge selection of restaurants
