Casa Collina nestles on a hill just outside the hill town Sant Angelo in Pontano. Due to its elevated location the views are spectacular.In a few minutes drive, or 20 minute walk up a private track brings you into the centre of the busy small exquisite Hill Town in the Macerata Province of Le Marche. The town boasts an 3 excellent restaurants well loved locally Try Dulia , dining on the balcony with spectacular views accompanied by opera and clanging church bells. . Visit Macerata the provincial capital , 40 min drive and experience the spectacle that is the annual open air opera season. A truly memorable experience. Visit the coast for a day on the white sand beaches of the Adriatic , clean water awarded beaches , make sure to try one of the many fish restaurants that string down the whole coastline from Ancona to Pesaro. A day trip to the mountains is a wonderful day out , Visit the stunning lake Fiastra to swim, relax and eat. Try a trek in the mountains to experience the awesome views . Evenings out at Sarnano, Amandola, Servigliano to enjoy the best Italian pizza or wonderful local dishes from the Marche region. Enter into a lobby into a seating area and into a spacious, open plan dining room . The dining room can seat a large number. Making the a venue perfect for gatherings, wedding, yoga courses.
The kitchens
A farmhouse style fitted kitchen has an open fire and dining table situated within the cottage annex above the pool with a loggia and table outside for al fresco dinners and lunches.
It comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven etc.
The other kitchen is fully equipped and designed as a catering kitchen. The house was originally designed as an up market B and B
Coffee Machine, Juicer, Generously equipped for lunches/dinner under the loggia outside the kitchen door overlooking the pool.
There is a ground floor shower with WC and sink.
1st Floor: 4 Double Bedrooms overlooking the gardens and Pool area. Each has a private En Suite with Shower Cubicle.
The bedrooms are all large, spacious, airy rooms with high ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The furniture is Italian Country style . The beds are king size with good quality mattresses.
1 Twin Bed Bedroom.
The 4th Bedroom has a twin bed along with the King size.
2nd Floor
Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a bathroom with shower cubicle.
The 2nd floor is designed around children sharing the space with several single beds.
