The villa has everything a family needs to enjoy a relaxed, stress free holiday with all conveniences provided.

The local town Sant Angelo In Pontano has an excellent super market, butchers, vegetable shops, a weekly market, 3 restaurants and 2 bars. Several other hill towns are a short, beautiful drive away or hire cycles and immerse yourself in the ravishing countryside surrounding the villa.

Accessed via a well made road into a spacious drive through large gates.

The first floor has a well equipped kitchen and dining area . Fridge, freezer, oven , hob, kettle, coffee maker, microwave.

The ground floor has a sitting room with sofas, TV , arm chairs, table and chairs.

2 bedrooms and a shower room, wc, basin.

Gym room with gym equipment. Utility room with washing machine.

The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a shower room.

The portico in front of the house is a lovely place to eat or relax with wonderful views of rolling hills and vineyards. From the terrace there is a dramatic view of the mountains and hill towns.

Sant Angelo in Pontano

An immaculate, ornate Medieval hill town 700m ASL with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains about 35 minutes drive. The local  hill town Sant Angelo in Pontano is 4 km from the villa along a quiet road.

With an excellent supermarket selling all necessities and local produce and wines, a butcher, vegetable stand and stunning architecture . The town boasts 3 much loved restaurants serving typical Marchigianan dishes. Rich and meat meat orientated ,  Sant Angelo is surrounded by similar medieval hill towns perched on the high hill of Le Marche. This is thought to be the most beautiful of the mesmerising Marche region.

The villa is easy distance from the Adriatic coast with all its fish restaurant, clean, sandy beaches, entertainments and sea sports.

Equal distance from the mountains which form a dramatic back drop to most views in this area. 

Ascoli Piceno and Macerata, both provincial cities with stunning architecture,  an operatic season, art treasures and a choice of restaurants are 35 mins drive. Ascoli Piceno is the home of the slow food movement in Marche.  30 mins 

In the summer months the various local hill towns hold fiestas which are hugely popular serving local dishes and barbecues with live music and entertainment. Penna has a weekly market as do each of the hill towns where you can buy local produce .

The area is renowned for its meat focused cuisine, rich pasta dishes , alla brace meat , pizza's , local proscuitto and pecorino cheese, olives,  salami along with fantastic local white and red wine.
