Villa Lucia, just outside a stunning medieval hill town Penna San Giovanni , can be rented for your Italian holiday. Sleeping 14 in total or rent just half of the villa with 8 people sharing.

The villa has extraordinary views from the various terraces and the stunning circular private pool.

A 10 minute walk into the hill town with its stunning medieval architecture, incredible views and pizzeria/restaurant and shops. From the villa the coast can be seen 40 km away. The house is well equipped, comfortable and convenient for groups with children . Serenly situated in a private location surrounded by several hectors of private grounds, olive groves and forest. With views of mountains, hill towns, the coast and far across the beautiful hills of Le Marche , Villa Lucia is an idyllic ,charming and peaceful retreat convenient for exploring the area .

The villa is reached by a private driveway and offers plentiful parking. To the front of the villa is a spacious lawn and olive trees. The circular  pool is surrounded by grass with plenty of sun beds and parasols.A shaded terrace offers an ideal place to enjoy long lunches under a shaded loggia with beautiful views of vineyards on the surrounding hills.

Penna San Giovanni

An immaculate, ornate Medieval hill town 700m ASL with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains about 35 minutes drive. The village has an excellent , buzzing pizzeria / restaurant,

Penna is surrounded by similar medieval hill towns perched on the high hill of LE Marche. This is thought to be the most beautiful of the mesmerising Marche region.

The villa is easy distance from the Adriatic coast with all its fish restaurant, clean, sandy beaches, entertainments and sea sports.

Equal distance from the mountains which form a dramatic back drop to most views in this area. 

Ascoli Piceno and Macerata, both provincial cities with stunning architecture,  an operatic season, art treasures and a choice of restaurants are 35 mins drive. Ascoli Piceno is the home of the slow food movement in Marche.  30 mins 

In the summer months the various local hill towns hold fiestas which are hugely popular serving local dishes and barbecues with live music and entertainment. Penna has a weekly market as do each of the hill towns where you can buy local produce .

The area is renowned for its meat focused cuisine, rich pasta dishes , alla brace meat , pizza's , local proscuitto and pecorino cheese, olives,  salami along with fantastic local white and red wine.
